§ 12-7. Repair and storage of motor vehicles on residential premises.

  • The repairing and storage of motor vehicles or parts thereof on residential premises other than the motor vehicles owned and operated for the personal use of permanent residents on the premises involved, is hereby found and declared to be a nuisance in fact and shall be summarily abated in form and manner as provided by this Code and the statutes of the state. The repairing or dismantling of any motor vehicle, including personal vehicles owned and used by permanent residents of the premises involved, or the storage of any parts of any motor vehicle, other than within the confines of a garage or a similar enclosed structure, is also found and declared to be a nuisance and shall be accordingly abated.
